    Empty

As i walk down a weary path
My lungs feel as if they are filled with glass
    I continue to walk aimlessly
Looking for something to save me
As i approach a glittery shiny crossroad
I stop and look both ways
To the left is a green and heavenly scene
To the right is a space filled with earthly dreams
As I make my turn right I start to feel that something is not right
But just when I realized that this is not my path
I turn with aspiration to head in the right direction
But as I turn I am met by a face that looks just like mine
    Could this be a sign
I begin to turn in circles this shiny place has turned into a field of mirrors
I look into all of them and I can not identify who I am looking at, I walk closer but the mirrors continue to back away farther and farther
As my vision zooms into the eyes of the reflection I stare into the most beautiful and familiar eyes that are filled with emptiness
I blink and that reflection is me somewhere along the weary path i lost my soul
I cry out but no response
The mirrors fall and I see nothing
A feeling so explicit is rushes through my body...

I like this poem. I like how you came up with this. Very good and keep on writing. God bless you!
