Face Down In A Weary Ocean...

Drifting to precariousness,
deep in the depths of my stress,
Insomnia of uncertainty I'm
unable to rest,
Silhouettes of my thoughts
leaves me shriveled & wrinkly,
It seems within my mind
a watery grave awaits me,
I'm to the line of demarcation,
out of my mouth comes bubbles,
Lost in poverty, moments of despair
Can you see within my struggles?
There must be a way out of this
I'm vulnerable to attack,
In a circumscribed area
the sharks crave for a snack,
Consumed by animosity I
sink closer to the abyss,
Trammeled by a net of
propensity I lack to find bliss,
How will I make it to the surface
in this state I'm in?
I'm close to my demise,
somebody reel me in!
Alleviate the pressure off my
brain somehow I can't sustain,
Show me a way out please
im in excruciating pain,
So obscure I can't reach
my beloved & most sacred,
I must escape disgust, abhorrence,
detestation, & irritating hatred,
Help me see the light I'll perish
if I can't swim forward,
I long to see a vanilla sky
instead of a dreadful horror.....but
until then I drift & drift & drift a float
