    FAMILY LOVE

    I GREW UP IN THE GHETTO IN THE WILD WILD WEST POOR AND BLACK BUT I STILL WAS BLESSED. BLESSED WITH LOVE, FROM MY MOTHER AND MY FARTHER I LOVE MY BROTHER. I LOVE MY BROTHER UNCONDITIONALLY AND THATS THE WAY LIFE IS SUPPOSE TO BE HE FEED ME THE GAME SO NOW IMA STRAIGHT O,G, WE BORN TO BE WE BLOOD LINE FAMILY. MY GRANDMOTHER HAD 7 KIDS OF HER OWN BUT THREE DIED AND STILL SHE KEPT STRONG MY GRANDFARTHER IS ALSO DEAD AND GONE BUT HE LIVED A VERY HAPPY GOOD LIFE, HE HAD A GOOD WIFE HER NAME IS PAULENE SHES EVERY BODYS GRAND MOTHER IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN, I NEED SOME REAL LOVE SO CAN I GET A HUG LETS GET TOGETHER AND SHOW SOME FAMILY LOVE

    There's something about this poem that's so real and honest. The one word that comes to mind is strength as you remind the reader that no matter where you come from, there's always something to be happy about. In your case, it's family. Keep writing.
