Fear
Fear is the mind killer
It suffocates you
Till you feel like you can't breath
Till you flee from yourself and everyone around you
Till the only thing you want to do is curl up in a little ball and scream
Please no more!
I can't take anymore
God, please, I beg you, take me home
Into your reassuring arms I want to flee
I know I will be safe in your embrace
I need your love and your strength
I feel so alone
Then you wake up
And you're huddled in a small corner
A dark corner or your mind
And you don't know how to escape
Fear is the mind killer
And I'm already dead
