Fire On The Foothills

Fire On The Foothills

I am forever amazed

At the color

Of the sun kissed

Domes of

The Ash and Maples

That line roads

This time of year.

They are ablaze with

The colorful hues

Of Fire!

Reds and oranges

Warm the

Foot hills to

The Appalachian

Mountain range

And I stand

In awe

The Master’s handiwork.
