    FOREVER

    Picture frames lie empty
In the bottom of my closet
Whilst i dream the same dream over and over
Imagining a female who will offer a feminine touch
Smoothing the rough edges of my masculinity
    I hate to sleep alone
Though the peace and quiet are nice
I'm able to ponder unbroken thoughts
No hassles or interruptions to slow my mind
A lady's scent i miss most of all
The lack of causes me to feel beyond my age
'Til i meet a kind friend with common interests
She doesn't mind making love from within
    Conditions held aside
    No demands .. surrendering all
I'll give in and hope she will too
To the beauty of the elusive moments we'll create
    Excluding regrets
Nary an inhibition to take anything away
    Forever

Dear DC, ... upon reading the first lines ... I paused. I thought to myself ... I have empy picture frames too ... and ironically they lie in my closet ... becoming chipped, dusty, and old ... why is that?? ...... Luna

this life demands we suffer through times of stillness and solitude, we learn to appreciate what we can, but it also gives us anticipation for what we are missing and motivates us to find it and fullfill ourelves. Something to look forward to. Very free thinker. Great Write.......

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
