Apreciating feedback!

I guess you finally found where you need to be
even if it's not with me
you found what you want,
you found what you need,
and now I guess you're leaving me,
I want to tell you I need you,
Tell you I love you,
Tell you I want you to stay,
but now I guess I'm way too late,
there's so much I meant to say,
but now know I'm way to late,
I understand you need to go,
so I'm masking all this pain,
inside I'm dying, inside I'm crying
But outside I smile, I wear my disguise,
I'll miss you is all I can say,
as I let you fade away,
I'll put on my mask and hide all my tears,
I'll join all those who share my pain,
who said nothing 'till it was too late,
I want to tell you I need you,
I'll always miss you,
I'll always love you,
and I'll never be the same,
But now I guess I'm way too late,
and just let you fade away.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
