But who knew that one family member could f**k that up with just one touch.
He took away your innocence when you were just a little girl
Maybe that’s why you’re so f**ked up in this world.
You were so young and didn’t realize what was going on
Until you got older you didn’t realize it was wrong.
You would lay in your bed with no one to turn to
Not your mom, dad, brother, or family that’s supposed to be there for you.
Now that you’re grown you wonder should you even tell
It happened so long ago, you were only 10, 11, or 12
Will anyone believe you? Will anyone care?
Or will they all judge you or look at you with a blank stare?
Will the police get involved?
Will he go to jail?
Or should you let God decide his punishment and send him to hell?
Still to this day you wonder if telling someone is right
Then all these questions come to mind like, would it make your family fight?
Would they even believe you?
Would they blame you?
Would they think you’re telling the truth?
Or would they yell at you, disown you, or say that you lied?
Then for the rest of your life all you can say is “at least I tried”.
