Using a Wikipedia page for promoting your band?

Having a Wikipedia page for a band is not something we haven’t seen before. As Wikipedia is a place where you can find information on literally all sorts of topics and fields you think off. And music is one of those many topics that you can find on Wikipedia. If you want to know how to create a Wikipedia page for a band than I suggest you should go see some pages that are already present on Wikipedia. Going through these pages you will clearly see that these pages weren’t meant to promote these bands but were rather there to provide a neutral source of information. Can there be other reasons for having a band visible on a Wikipedia page?
