Cutting took home a lump sum of nearly $1.7 million after taxes from the lottery headquarters in Raleigh on Thursday, according to a news release.Officials said the prize-winning ticket was sold at Times Turnaround, a gas station on West W.T. Harris Boulevard.
At least one other winning ticket was previously sold at the same gas station — a $100,000 Powerball ticket in 2013, The Daily News in Jacksonville reported.

The overall odds of winning any of the prizes playing Millionaire Bucks is one in 3.06, the website states. Cutter had a one in 1.35 million chance of winning the top prize.
