Poem Commentary

I have lived in foster care for many years. The way i "explain" things to people is so oftenly misinterpreted that I flt inclined to share this piece. I feel as if my "points" in conversation are too few I think too much sometimes so thoughts spill out... Haha hope you enjoy the read, thanks and peace, ~Sam

Fostered notice of human happiness!

I noticed today
How my sanes came to be
I saw with eyes
Ojo's
Freedom I was taught
Through distraust minds we faught
Not "knowing" music
Through the ears of a poem I sought out this answer
The passion to play,
TO DANCE SHOUT AND SCREAM
This happiness I have found in our pocket
The smiles we give
to we who seek
Here in Amer'ica
Strange smiles fade fast
Forever forgetting
The blast from mankinds past
Overdone by one tracked minds "mine to behold" Ours to dig down unrefined Truths lying to the underlined texts
People?
From birth one nation
Brought forth to dream in his dreamed box
From points askew
we live outsidddee
Points viewed for flower blooms
Symbols are too deep
Assumptions...
In my humble opinion
ARE
INDEED
Crude in nature
Forever lost
Grows however profoundly
Going to Knowhere
Now rowing in american human history
OUr brain boxed ocean tied repulsion
motionsickness
A brain mal-notioned
....'Breathe'(exhale here)

trail, Masterfully penned. A message to all on the ills of what our society suffers due to our controlled political structure that would jail the rebels and revolutionaries, instead poetry is our outlet...yes I did breathe at the end. Profound and true! ginga

this is fascinating, I love this, saved to favorites, ty WS

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA
