                                 Freedom that Lives Within...

    Take a Deep breath and clear your mind,
    Listen carefully and you will find, The Freedom that Lives within.
    It brings to me a talent you see,How word's are written that can tell our story.
    For some there feelings poor out in all Glory!
    Other's have kept silent from there Shame and Worry!

    So take a deep breath and clear your mind, If you focus you will find your voice, your solitude, And atlas you will find,
    Your freedom that lives within, No More Silence!
    No more Guilt!, Nor crying over spilt milk.
    Take a deep breath, Clear your mind,

    And Freedom within............ You too will find.
