    Friends

    By Christopher Sandler

    Life sucks
When you’re stuck in a ruck
    And your wheels are gone
And you haven’t the strength to put one on.

But that’s what friends are for
    That extra set of hands
    To get yourself moving again
Make life better where it wasn’t before.

A friend is a person to lean on
When the times get rough and the path hard
And a person to help when theirs does the same
And a person to count on at all times.

    Friends are forever
When you’re there for each other
    As a pillar of strength
    A pillar of hope
    A pillar of friendship.

How upbeat about friendship. Far out and nicely put together. Great thoughts. -Alan

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
