    Poem Commentary

    I'm not sure I properly conveyed what I was trying to say... It could be done better. Salvador Dali once said, "Never worry about perfection. You'll never get there."

    From nothing to never done

     

    From nothing to never done

     

     

    I have this piece of art

    It started as a thought

    Far different from its intention

     

    And its invention

    Born!

     

    From everything

    Found in the Universe

    Directed and diverted

     

    To bring forth

    Inspiration and idea

     

    I AS HUMAN HAVE ACTED AS GOD

     

    I brought “nothingness” together,

    from thin air...

     

    ...to complete this physical

    Specimen, I call “ART”

     

    And while I may be done,

     

    INSPIRATION!

     

    survives on...

     

    ... to the next man

     

    ... for his idea will give new birth

     

    never done

    "From everything found in the universe directed and diverted"! That is exactly the lengths and depths to which we artists/writers will reach sometimes for inspiration and the genesis of new ideas! Nice write, I enjoyed it!
