I cried out to the Lord, to save me

God answered with a smile

Lord my life and sins enslave me

God said, then leave that life my child

I cried God tell me how can I be strong

God answered, through my spirit

you will have the stregnth to carry on

Lord I asked with all you do for me,

what can I do for you?

The Lord replied most lovingly

You can be a leader in the truth

You can be a blessing and follow the path

that I have shown to you

You can glorify my name in all you say and do

You can prepare the way, that others may find me

You can lead others to the truth

You can love all people the way that I do

Lord, I said, I want so much to live my life with you

I want to glorify your name in all I say and do

Please Father God in Jesus' name

show me a better way to live when church is through

That I will keep my courage when temptations come

that I will keep my courage to fight against the evil one

Please heavenly father in Jesus' name I pray

that you will fill me with your spirit

and help me not to go astray

Please father help me to lead others to your light

and no matter what I am up against

that I won't give up the fight

Father God I pray in Jesus' name

that you bless the person reading this

and let them know you are always with them

that miracles really do exist

Heavenly father let them know that you are always by their side

even when they turn away

the love you have can never die.
