Goodbye is NOT an ending

Goodbye is NOT an ending

Well the day, was longer then normal
I'm so abnormal, with everything I see
all is your beauty, it is the sunlight, chasing the moon with envious eyes

I went walking with you, talking with you, my eyes were very blind
by the time that we'd part, I could not create the art, the art of saying goodbye

I went a week or two, no words with you, I saw you pass me by
Oh! and when I saw you kissing him, I felt I wanted to die

I will never, EVER part again, without saying goodbye

Well I noticed, you're so un grateful
everywhere you go is devine
with you I went walking, watching your foot prints
we were both talking, our lips were intwined

Yes I noticed, you are so besutiful, you almost made my eyes blind
and from my awkward way of approaching the end, our future had forever died

Notice I, will NEVER part again, without saying goodbye

wow, i see you used the oh! expression xD i really loved this line, "all is your beauty, it is the sunlight, chasing the moon with envious eyes" i like this one because its was well wrote and vivid. i like how you said you'll NEVER part again, without saying goodbye. it was great how you used that line more than once in this poem, it really tied the whole thing together! awesoome~

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
