    Goodbye

    You wanted me to hate you
    to do what you do,
    telling lies and saying goodbyes
    mixed with I love yous.

    Telling me I was the one
    who made all things right,
    then like the wind
    you took off in the night.

    I did all I could do to keep
    you by my side,
    but you were bent on leaving
    running tail to hide.

    But I'm a stronger lady
    then most may seem to care,
    I will live my life for me
    your no burden to bare.

    I love myself too much
    for this kind of pain,
    I'm taking flight now
    before I go insane.

    take care my lovely angel
    it was such a sweet ride,
    but now I'm moving forward
    it is me who will now hide.

    I love the rhythm and rhyme of this poem...as also the genuine content...i think this poem is nice because it comes from a fermented experience and now turned into a sweet wine

    love has no boundies ,as you can see. what god has sent us , can also be set free. The love you thought you surely found has left you sad and forward bound. now you must go and find youre self , and let the love in you grow.
