    HANGING ON
    for so many years
    i’ve been hanging on by fingertips
    holding on tightly
    but slowly loosing grip
    it’s been so lonely hanging
    been reaching for a hand
    looking but not finding
    an open set of arms to land
    for so many years
    i’ve been hanging by a thread
    blowing in the breeze
    like the cobwebs in my head
    so hard to be here alone
    but i hang on still
    i may have lost a lot
    but i still have my will
    for so many years
    i’ve been trying to stay afloat
    desperately treading water
    waiting for a lifeboat
    i hold on to the hope that
    before my will is gone
    someone will rescue me
    until then i’ll keep hanging on

    THis is a 10 to me as well...hang in there...what other option do you have? Hope springs eternal and your rescuer will come...
