    Heartache

    Sorrow and Strain,
    heartache and pain.
These feelings in me seem to flow like rain.
I wish you could see what your absence has
done to me. No more birthdays or holidays
You were given to me, but then ripped away.
I've watched the years go by with tears in my
eyes. I can not help but to wonder why?

With Every Breath I take,My heart seems to
break. With you so far away my thoughts tend
to stray. When will this sorrow end, I can't
wait to hold you again. My days are long,
My nights are lonely. If only you could see
what missing you has done to me.

Vividly and affectingly expressed. Loss is a wound, but if you keep reopening it, it will never heal.

Poetry is what is lost in translation.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
