    heartbreaker

     you took ahold of my heart
    befor you ever said i do
    you were always there for me
    to help me get through

    feeling as if i were special
    thinking you were the one for me
    til i caught you cheating
    now im cryin on my knees

    you gave me a whole new world
    then ripped it all away
    and the worst thing about it all
    i still love you to this day

    i cant get over how you
    went behind my back with our friends
    when you promised to be there for me
    until the very end

    you kicked me and our son out
    so you could party and get high
    you left us with nothing
    barely able to get by

    he no longer calls you daddy
    nor remembers your name
    you say its all my fault
    that im the one to blame

    you were the one who left us
    wanted to be on your own
    now your upset and crying
    you finally realized we are gone

    I say kick the bum to the curb and let him stew over losin' his family and son a few years until he grows up and it hits him what a jerk he was... We all go through growing pains when we're young, but that's no excuse for doing stupid or callous things that turn into life altering mistakes that affect people the rest of their lives... He should be forgiven for his stupidity because you know, he's the one who's going to wear it until he dies... A very good write...

    I LOVE this !!!!!!!! I feel your pain girl, and let me just say that when circumstance finds these fools and they realize what they have lost ... there aint nothin to do but laugh at their slack a$$e$

    I am reading this and I do not hear the anger or power in the words spoken. The words are there but the fire isn't coming through. Are you being the polite person you were raised to be or do you really just want to say what you are feeling?
