    Help Me

     Help me, help me
    For I am ill
    I have lost it all
    Gone, gone
    Rolled down a hill

    The light, the light
    Where did it go
    It's is dark in here
    It is cold

    My sanity, my sanity
    Stretched paper thin
    Tears won't form anymore
    Hearts don't beat when you are dead

    Jumbled, jumbled
    These thoughts pervade
    So easy to swallow a pill
    Swipe a blade

    Is there heaven, are you down there hell?  
    Either way both are a void

    I know this feeling... all too well. It's not a cozy place to be. I was able to fine my peace in the world, thankfully. I wish the same for you, my friend.

    a genuine cry for help.........heart felt and real.........to feel like all is a void is a dangerous place to be............hope you see your way through

    Thank you for your comments. Someone said to me the other day that if we never had a bad day, so to say even though bad days can stretch for longer than that I've found, we wouldn't have any good ones. I'll take the bad to obtain the good.
