Poem Commentary

"to my beloved one that I dont know if she loves me or not"

Hidden feelings

When I was drunken by your love wine

When I was seeking your love sign

I was wondering what was in your heart that time

Was all of your heart just mine

Did you yearn meeting me, hearing me

Understanding its your love that live within me

Did you feel the same as me

Counting the seconds to hear your name from me

I don’t know………….

I wish I could see the other side of your heart

There was someone to tell me what you thought

I wish I had that dare

To tell you without fear

I love your eye

I die for your cry

Don’t complain at me

I want to say It now that I’m free

“I love you infinity”

But now in my heart there will be a black night

With rainy weather and no light

Until the time our hearts join together

And sing the love song forever

A lovely tribute to unrequited love. Have you written many poems? The reason I ask this is because I "recognize" this style anywhere. It reminds me of my early works... filled with all the fervent declarations to love.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
