    Horizons

I live for today.I live each day
With nothing but the wanderment of a child
Special and needy. Its cringing and mind boggling
At thirty one, I am still a child
Bring me this , bring me that
I want it all, my lucky parents
to have me, selfish old me
    Childlike, cruel and shy
Break my heart without love so easy to come by
Break my soul with an unkind word
    Break my world with unhappiness
    The wreaking havoc of fear
Of what happens when all adults are gone
With only this child- me left behind.
