    hour hand
    Set in place once again
    hour hand
    spins the minute hand
    round it goes
    time short
    it calls out stop
    for just a moment
    so I can see those things
    that just passed me
    catch up would you please
    time spinning out of control
    take hold of my life
    as it just begun
    hand back
    minute at a time
    forgot over time
    start tick tick
    here we go thru time
    fast what a ride
    hold fast never know
    how much has been sown
    in life
    so future
    holds time past.

    Stop! Devour every second, life moves much too fast. I really enjoyed this piece.

    Good short poem. A tough read though with out punctuation. Not that poetry has to have that but sometimes it does help get the expression of feeling, for the reader, across better. I like it and understand what is written, life goes fast like clock hands. Well done.
