How can this be

Trapped in a dream state, What can i do? These walls can't be broken when will they let loose. Only darkness fills my eyes, although light is all around. People laugh at my blindness, for the truth i have not found. Searching through my mine for one single clue, a brain storm in my head, How could this be true? A struggle between love, betrale, and trust, Where do we go from here? What becomes of us? Thing's aren't always what they seem in this life we live, it's easy to say I Iove you, but it's harder to forgive.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
