    How Do You Do It

     What is it that is wrong with you?
    What is it that I cannot do?
    I thought that love was just for two
    I thought that this was something new
    I mean I really thought this could be
    I thought that you could look and see
    How much you really mean to me
    How much your presence made me free
    The way your touch could make me feel
    The way your impulses could make me steal
    The way your life...could make me kill...
    I would have given the world for us
    I would run, I would swim, I would take a bus
    To get to you I would do anything just...
    To talk to you instead of fuss
    But all you ever did for me was leave me dry
    Leave me lonesome so that I would cry
    Tell me the truth and cover it with a lie
    Just stole my heart so that I would die
    And why?
    How do you do you do it and make me feel so sad
    Make me feel such regret for the feelings I've had
    Just try and make me feel so bad
    Just try and make me crazy mad
    And when you achieve these things it make you glad
    And how do you do it, give me such a scare
    Just me hate you and not even care
    And make me feel like this whole thing was a dare
    How did you easily make it aware...
    Of how you walked out of my dream...Into my nightmare...
