    I Am Okay

    I never thought

    That after

    Everything

    That we could...

    I mean

    I thought I'd never

Ever, ever be back in your

    Two-door

    The clunker

    Where my earring are still

    Lost

    Just like me

    I think I lost me

In the back of your two-door

And no matter how hard I try

    I will never find

    What I'm looking for

    In the back seat

    Not with you anyways

    But I might keep trying

    Just in case

    Or maybe I feel

    So sick

    Of not being wanted

That I'd do pretty much anything

    To feel...

    Okay.

You put your emotions into your work, well done.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
