Someone Told me many years back to pay attention to my heart;I didn't; I didn't;
They told me fallen in love is the best;
&& that Losing love is the worst;
The words that came of their mouths were inspiring;
I did listen but, at the same time I didn't;
I thought it would be impossible to live my life lonely && sad
But, now i know ...
I lost them but, in the same token don't want them back;
I didn't get what they told me because i was young but, now i understand;
&& i would have more to say if you were here with me face to face;
you were my number one but now your gone;
life still goes on;
knowing that your gone hurts the most;
but now i have a new love;
knowing this makes me happy inside;
&& knowing this makes it easier to move on;
