Hoping I will succumb to them and you will eventually win

I'm certainly not new to the old feeling of shame
I,m not exactly sane ,at least not these days
I dont anymore pray
Or surround myself with the fake
Today,I stand brave
As inside I terribly shake

This damn repeating nightmare,that comes everynight
