    i lost you

    the snow is falling

    gently to the ground

and i can only hear your voice

    but there is no sound

i come across so many things

that make me think of you

of how all this time was spent

    building something true

but all we built fell just like the snow

it fell before me all around

but there was more than noise

    it was a horrible sound

    the sound of dissapointment

    ringing from your tounge

    i lost all my breath

    no air in my lungs

all i have left of you

    are all these memories

    dreams of you

    filling all my fantasies

if you only knew these past

    months what i have felt

its all gone all i can think

    is i lost it

A lost love becomes a haunting memory whether one be young or old or the weather be warm or cold. Well done.

Honey, maybe he finally showed you who he really was. Sometimes people play a part...then get tired of playing. It's a good thing because it frees you up to find some one who is genuine. Hugs.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.

    Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) American poet.
