    I'll be There

When you need someone to talk to,
When you need someone to care,
When you need someone to run to,
I'll be there; I'll be there,
    When you are getting lonely,
    When your life's beyond repair,
When you've got no one to turn to,
I'll be there; I'll be there.

I'll be there when you need me,
I'll be there when you're hurt,
I'll be there when you're all alone,
I'll be there when you're unsure,
I'll help you when you need it,
    I'll heal your broken heart,
I'll be the one to love you,
    No matter where you are.

    When you are not certain,
When there's no where to go,
Just call and I will be there,
    I won't leave you alone,
    Always I will be here,
You can always run to me,
    And any time you're hurting,
I'll be just what you need.

I'll be there when you need me,
I'll be there when you're hurt,
I'll be there when you're all alone,
I'll be there when you're unsure,
I'll help you when you need it,
    I'll heal your broken heart,
I'll be the one to love you,
    No matter where you are.

    Don't worry about the world,
Who cares what they have to say?
Whether or not they like you,
    I will not go away,
    I will never leave you,
    I will always care,
    When you are drowning,
    I will be your air.

I'll be there when you need me,
I'll be there when you're hurt,
I'll be there when you're all alone,
I'll be there when you're unsure,
I'll help you when you need it,
    I'll heal your broken heart,
I'll be the one to love you,
    No matter where you are.

The words of a true friend. I love it!

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
