    I'm Getting Nothing from Daddy
    I'm getting nothing from daddy,
    because I'm a fatty and sad.
    I'm getting nothing from daddy,
    'Cause I broke the diet I had!

    Oh crap I ate some fresh baked bread
    And I found brownies.
    I have kept myself over fed!
    And I found the brownies.

    Chocolate is the new drug.
    When told "work out!" I just shrug.
    I got the new year's bug!
    But I found the brownies!

    I'm getting nothing from daddy,
    Because I'm a fatty and sad.
    I'm getting nothing from daddy,
    'Cause I broke the diet I had. . .

    Got new jeans just t' be fair.
    And I found the brownies!
    I just riped my last new pair.
    Someone fed me brownies.
    Loosing wieght I JUST CAN'T!!
    I'm just too defiant.
    But my ass is so giant,
    And they feed me brownies.

    I won't be seeing my toes because,
    I found the brownies.
    I get harrassed by my in-laws.
    I found the brownies.
    Next year I'll be going straight!
    Next year I promise to loose the wieght!
    Hopefully I'll get that date.
    Why are there still brownies!

    I better keep this whatever I do!
    If we don't, I'm blaming you!

    Cause I broke the diet I had. . .

    Look I have a thyroid problem. I've dealt with it over 15 years putting myself in the strictest diets. I can tell you what finally really works is not depriving yourself. Like they say you can have your cake n eat it too... Well that is true. You just have to eat well your three meals plus three snacks in between but you can eat dessert just portion size. Instead of over indulging yourself eat half the piece of cake or brownie you usually eat. Chewing slowly also helps. Keep in mind exercise doesn't have to be hard. Walking helps a lot n stretching. I learned all this after almost dying from wrong meds a dr gave n just to lose weight. I ended bedridden n in a wheel chair two years. With help from another n my husband I got myself up n here I am hen everyone thought I would die. I weighed over 650lbs because the meds created uric acid in my body, my hear was over stressed by all that n my lungs almost collapsed. I lost 350lbs in two years by just portion sizing, walking step by step until I was walking the whole park. Another thing that works wonders are an 8oz cup of water n a small apple before each meal. The water fills you up a bit so you won't eat as much n the apple burn fat too...

    forget the diet, be yourself and enjoy life-happy new year :) good write with this one, resolutions we all have them!

    I have to diet I need to be under 140 to join the military at my height so diet and future or forget it and find another way to pay for college with a C average....
