    I'd be happier......
    I'd smile more.....


                                          I stop and think.......!



    I am better......
    I am stronger......
    I am happy......
    I do smile.........




                                          I stop and think..........!




    What is it...?
    That is missing....?
    Do you know...?
    Are you listening...?




                                                 So it starts all over again.....
                                                  They same exact thoughts......
                                                    An imperfect human.......
                                                      My self I have fought!

    I like the way you wrote this. Not only the words of the poem, but the actual way you have it written, it adds a very conflicting feel to it. It greatly expresses what you are trying to capture.

    I stop to read, and then I began to think, I stopped and read some more and by the time the end had come my thoughts were of many things! The pattern though simple, displays within it many complexities... The harmony of the human soul - we fight with it every day! Great Expression!!

    I know I will never be perfect..... But I stop and think........ I can be better..... if I subdue myself and just realize I am imprefect....... But I do the best I can....... red
