  • After a 3 year hiatus, am back...... hope its worth it.

IMPERFECT PARADISE

"The day is young", so am always told,
But as the years go by, Earth has not become old,
                  Our World can be beautiful,
But life can also be miserable,
                  Adam, first born of creation,
By Eve, ate the evil fruit of temptation,
                  Leading to miseries and imperfection,
With a wail,i say "Man 'o' man, I call the Earth an
                  imperfect  paradise",
And the consequence,Sin,is in us like a parasite.

A compact conclusion, deftly arrived at. Can the damage done been corrected? I have to think so, or we'd all just be part of a puppet play with no real hope or purpose. Nicely told, Joanna.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
