In Quiet Do I Awake

In Quiet Do I Awake

Full moon eclipse
In numbing cold
In quiet do I awake
This silence I do expertly make
These snow-covered landscapes
And my crystalized tears
From within the camera-shuttered eyes
The red-hued orb
On winter's darkest hour
In quiet do I awake
Yes, in quiet do I awake

THERE ARE SOME POEMS THAT WE ALL KNOW THAT ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THE REST AND YET WE STILL PUT THEM UP FOR PEOPLE TO READ. sOME PEOPLE JUST NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY MIGHT BE INSOGNIFACENT TO THEM BUT IT IS STILL A PIECE OF OURSELVES. GOOD POEM

To have great poets there must be great audiences too.

Walt Whitman, American Poet (1819-1892)
