    Independence Day Celebration

Barbecue hot dogs and cherry pies

Noisy fire crackers pop to our surprise

Its a celebration on the Fourth of July

With decorative fire festivals in the sky

    For our independence; patriots died

May the American flag continue to fly

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
