    i sat there looking at you
    staring into your beatiful face
    your passionate way
    like you have so much to offer me

    a better way
    a better life day by day

    the most romantic love
    i have ever had
    twisted thoughts
    i am left here to cry
    in my stubborn ways
    i want to try
    fighting the urge deep inside
    of this heart of mine

    you have me at a stance
    not a blur in my mind
    that satisfying me you will
    never do wrong

    nobody could ever compete two you
    facinated with you
    i never want us torn apart
    im loving this start.

    Jagged - This is a very nice poem and shows true emotion. And, yes ,,, The heart is an insatiable beast that craves love and is never satisfied until it is fulfilled. And even then our minds may still question our hearts desires - but if it is a true love, our hearts sing, drowning out any questions that our minds might have about fate or destiny. Good job

    Amazing how love can be such a powerful word of inspiration to all poets...it's a word that can never truly be explained to the fullest, and always a joy to write never get tired of trying... whoever inspired you (you muse)... is very lucky to have someone who isn't scared to express how she feels... your strength is in your words. :)
