    it depends on your vision
    if you were to draw me,
    what would you choose to use
    chalk pastels, white charcoal on black
    64 lb paper, or would you rather splatter
    me in oils or acrylics, or sculpt me
    out of clay, mold me from plaster?
    would you focus on my eyes or smile,
    or opt to splash my soul across
    the canvass in vibrant colors in shapeless
    wonders? would your image be of me,
    or the who that i am? would it be my likeness
    or something of the imagination? what would
    i look like if you were the artist?
