    It's a New Day



    I watched as the sun
    came up from behind the mountains crest

    The gray's slowly fade away
    followed by a warm golden sunrise

    The glimmering light twinkling bright
    right before my eyes brought beautiful

    Shades of reds, mixed with glowing orange
    shimmering yellows, across the morning skies

    I felt the warmth on my face
    It's a new day

    New challenges
    I am ready

    I love this one. Simple and concise. I love the mountains so much and miss them, as I live in "The Flat Lands" of Florida! But, whenever I travel to our timeshare in Blowing Rock N.C and can be in them again, I feel so much closer to God. Thanks you for taking me to them for a minute by reading this.
