It's Been A Long Time

"It's been a long time, your smile, your face, it's brought me from such an ugly small place! At times we moved at such a frantic pace, slow down girl, you know we're amongst these people, in a town called the Rat Race! Nu Hotels, lavishing within the city, with all the whistles and bells, we sailed the ocean blue, you and me, even visited the statue of " My Countrys Tis Of Thee. Imperfect we are in our words that prickle, but when we're in tune, we can certainly stir up a tickle! In the end, know I feel blessed, to call you friend, from my heart to your soul, have we really gotten that old!? It's been long time...till we both meet again"

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
