    Poem Commentary

Wrote when my Grandfather passed away in 2002.

    It's Your Time Now

It's your time now I hate to say, my heart is breaking I wish you could stay.

Grandma went home six years ago, the great Lord above says it's your time to go.

It's your time now I have to say goodbye, I can't fight the tears; I'll just have to cry.

I love you Grandpa with all my heart, I have to let you go, and let God do his part.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
