    Jay

I miss you the last moments were
    trashed moments
Because I lacked the ability to retain
    or decipher
his screaming words ancient as a bible
    I'm cold,I'm stifled,
My love couldn't melt the rifle
    I'd melt the rifle
you'd still feel the way you felt
    I couldn't melt the........
    JAY WHERE EVER YOU WENT
    I'M BENT FOREVER
MY SOUL LOVES YOU,BY TERRIBLE DEFAULT
    IT WASN'T ENOUGH

This is touching. I definetly relate to the pain of someone close taking there own life and feeling guilty. You blame yourself but, in the end there is nothing that we could have done. Maybe prolonged it a little but, I think eventually they would have fell back into the depression.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
