    From 2 years ago...My 8 year old at the time had dreams of a band...I wrote this thinking of him, sort of a theme song...

    Jokers Child

    Joker's Child

     

    I am the joker...

    I am the child...

    I am the jokers child

    I am the clown...

    people scatter,

    when I come to town

    They think me crazy...

    they think me insane,

    I'm just to lazy...

    to play their foolish game

    I walk the street,

    to a different beat...

    People don't know

    ...from where I come

    People don't know

    ...from where I go

    People can't see

    ...the heart in me

    Games of chance,

    ...foolish games

    ...games of romance

    Always looking...

    looking for an ace

    Looking for a high card,

    to flash in someones face

    Nothing beats a joker

    ...the joker is wild

    I am the joker...

    I am the child...

    I am the jokers child

    I am the clown...

    I am the loneliest...

    lonelist guy...

    ...guy in town
