    JUST A THOUGHT

     i sit alone,with my thoughts for company
    a single question burns my reality
    why my goverment lies to me
    after i served it so diligently

    deception now the status quo
    we quickly reach an all time low
    its off to another war we go
    and still for reasons we dont know

    now take my money,whats it for
    pay the bankers more and more
    for robbing us as their wealth soars
    this type of conduct i deplore

    well times are tough for everyone
    unless you are a chosen son
    whos father never touched a gun
    but want to take them from everyone

    one more question in my thoughts
    i wonder who really calls the shots
    the president,i think not
    oh well,it was just a thought

    I think that your poem is very well written and it flow wonderfully I just have to think how sad it makes me to read. I think you can really write have you ever tryed to write happy things? I justthink you would be wonderful at it. you show great ways with flow in this poem. I really like it and it make you think.

    He who rocks the cradle rules the world. Probably saddam really calling the shots, oil but hell i can't tell. Good work, great rhyme, hope you get enough ratings in time. Very real and true. Alot of people think like you. It's good, write on......
