    Kiss

    Trying to Love beauty

    Seeing it all around

I grab one at a time

    One at a time

They fail to be the one

    Mounting up to

    Building up to

    Nothing more than

    A kiss in the night

    I give my number

    I give an invitation

    Yet no reply

    A complete waste of time

    I shouldn’t be surprised

In the land of selfish desires

    Where lust flows freely

    Out in the open

    There is no shame here

    No morals

    Just pride and desire

    The passion was replaced with

    The poisonous bitter taste

    Of lips

My Heart thirst for Love and affection

But was left thirsty and abandon

    Out on the floor

    I find myself stepping

    On my very own Heart

    -Fin-

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
