Knife

Knife

I took my life

That day

Sitting in

That dark corner

Holding that knife

Clutching it tightly

Against

My Skin

Till the thin

Barrier broke

As the tears

Ran dry

My heart bled

Out

I took my life

That day

When I threw

Away that knife

Took back my life

That day

Took it back

With that knife

This is very twisted, makes me dig in my heart, Alexia...

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.

T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
