But pay attention to the light if its not right its not right let it go. It'll be alright. God will see you through.

Left in the Dark

There comes a time in everyones life where were left in the dark.

It's funny this whole dating thing. How you can be so caught up by that significant other the one you think you can't be without the one you always dreamed about.

I find myself going in to deep giving this person all of me.

Great conversation and communication very understanding trustworthy or so I thought faithful is what I was shown and loyal yes to his own.

Wow how I was deceived by you. You have every great quality that I wanted in a man.

You did you part I can't lie never know you was another guy.

I ask myself where did we go wrong what was it and was it me what did I do to you.

I gave you everything and let you in telling myself I could finally love again.

Boy was I wrong you told me by storm. I never hurt so much what did I do wrong.

You say its not me that I'm a good woman that I'm different than any other woman.

I have everything a man would want and more and a woman like me is hard to find. So how could you leave this love behind.

You tried to straddle the fence telling me lies even making yourself cry.

Tell me you love me and there's no one else.

Well God has a way of pointing things out.

Never the last I was in the dark I should have known from the start.

Once a liar always a liar that's how it starts. A few simple words is how it starts. "Tell me about you" and what you like and dislike. Yea those the ones sounds about right.

Never thought you would be the one you seemed so sincere and you way always there.

But I guess I was the one left in the dark.

Sometimes we all get left in the dark.

But pay attention to the light if its not right its not right let it go. It'll be alright
