    Letting Go

    I can see lifes ironie's,
    Can feal deceit conspiring.
Despite the things that I see,
    I stick to one philosophy.
    If you want it,
    Let it go.
This doesnt mean to look away.
If somethings wrong then you will know,
Take heed to it another day.
Some things in life we cant control,
Don't let them eat you up inside.
Knowing how & when to let them go,
Is key to not corrupting life.
When it's too much then you'll decide,
    Until then enjoy the ride.
Dont think that it makes you the fool,
    Deceptions not the sharpest tool.
    Dont take their roles,
    Don't play their games,
    They'll take your soul,
    They'll wash your brain.
    Do not resent.
    Do not hate.
    Do not get bent.
    Don't complicate,
The things in life you can't control.
"Know how & When to let them go".

There have been times in my life when I did not enjoy the ride. Hanging on for dear life helps! mla

very well written. Why do we sometimes insist we can control everything in our lives? Sometimes we really do need to just let go and quit dwelling on "it." Whatever our "it" may be. So just quit dwelling on things an making the proverbial mountain out of a mole hill. Thank you for sharing.

Such an insightful piece! ..."Deceptions not the sharpest tool..." great line & the perfect opening for the ending lines of the piece. I really enjoyed reading this... for the wayward reader on the brink of everything to lose, it is very timely...thanks. MSVanallen
