    Letting Go

     Emptyness in my core,
    Sends shivers down my spine,
    It begins to break me down,
    I'm falling apart.
    Like broken glass i'm shattered,
    Pieces from my past,
    Lacerate my flesh,
    As i still hold on to them.
    I hold on to things,
    That people have already forgotten,
    And have let go of.
