    life

    i draw beauty of sun,
    after a soothening raine;
    its hair of sea wave,
    dancing to the shore,
    her robe shines in sun,
    of roses and palms,
    and at dusk,her face,
    shone of stars and moon;
    her gestures mirror calm,
    and gaits on solid rock,
    blue-printed knotty knots.
    quite beauty
    she walks and we;
    admire in scattered description.

    Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.

    T. S. Eliot (1888-1965) American-English poet and playwright.
